DFL Neurodiversity Ltd has been established to increase capacity through a consultant psychiatrist-led, digitally enabled service capable of providing high-quality assessments to patients across the United Kingdom.
Dr Francis Labinjo is a specialist Neurodiversity Consultant Psychiatrist with extensive experience in the assessment, diagnosis and management of neurodevelopmental conditions, including ADHD and autism. Dr Labinjo will initiate treatment including titration if you have a diagnosis of ADHD.
At DFL Neurodiversity Consultants, Dr Labinjo aims to create a respectful, inclusive and supportive environment where clients feel listened to and understood. He recognises that every person’s experience of neurodiversity is unique, and he works collaboratively with clients, families, carers and other professionals where appropriate. We welcome those members of the community who are unheard for one reason or the other.
Experienced Founder with a Proven Leadership Record
While DFL Neurodiversity Ltd is a newly established company, it is founded and led by an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist with more than 15 years of specialist expertise in neurodevelopmental disorders.
The founder has extensive experience diagnosing and managing ADHD and autism across NHS and independent healthcare settings, including inpatient and secure services. This clinical expertise is complemented by senior executive leadership experience as a Medical Director, with responsibility for clinical governance, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, patient safety, and service development.
The business therefore benefits from established professional leadership rather than relying on inexperienced management.
Dr Labinjo has worked across NHS and specialist mental health settings, including services supporting people with complex mental health needs and neurodevelopmental presentations. His practice is grounded in clinical governance, diagnostic accuracy and clear communication, ensuring that each assessment leads to practical recommendations and meaningful next steps.
